There is unilateral left cerebral atrophy with sulcal widening predominantly in the temporal and parietooccipital lobes
there is mild focal dilatation of the left lateral ventricle with dilatation of the temporal and occpital horns.
there are foci of gyriform hyperintensities at the surface of the left temporal and parierooccpital lobes in the fair images
there are prominent cortical veins in there regions after contrast administration
the cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem however have normal signal intensities
no cerebellopontine angle masses
no midline shift or mass effect
The basal cisterns are normal
